It’s the simplicity of EFT that confounds most people, because it isn’t logical at all… but it works.
So you have to embrace the unknown, put your left brain to sleep for a while, and learn how to move beyond anxiety, stress and bad emotional feelings.
Now I didn’t say out of your comfort zone. It’s within everyone’s comfort zone! In fact, it’s so easy I don’t know why everyone’s not doing it.
There’s nothing new about these disciplines either.
Meridian theory was catalogued by Huang Ti approximately 4,500 year ago. The work has continued since then, with major ‘westernisation and modernisation’ in the 1960s coming from George J Goodheart, founder of applied kinesiology.
John Diamond M.D., DPM, FRANZCP, MRCPsych, FIAPM, DIBAK was the guy to link the meridian system to emotions. (He graduated as a doctor from Sydney University in 1957, and received his diloma in Psychological Medicine in 1962).
The other ‘father’ in this area is Dr Roger J Callaghan who began the discipline Thought Field Therapy (TFT) roughly 30 years ago, who states even now, that his favourite breakthrough is ‘psychological reversal’.
EFT, the work commenced by Gary Craig, is a simple to learn and self-apply form of “emotional acupressure” that you can use to ease the stress, fears, worries and anxiety keeping you from getting the great night’s sleep you deserve.
And there are techniques included in the webinar that you can use, lying in bed, without moving much, to help you when you wake up anxious in the night.
